Starting Something New

WElle and I thought that it was a good idea to open a food truck/trailer in our town Durham for some more choices of food items. Well let the journey begin. It has taken countless hrs of preparation and paperwork to get the trailer where it is today. Parked behind our David's health food shop Chicory Common. We both have a passion for cooking and with my experience and Elle ready to try something new we have created. Goodchilds Mobile Eatery. Lots to do still to become more streamlined but its all a work in process and also something completely new...Just like writing our first blog and trying to make our website so I can change things on the fly. Welcome to our new lives/professions and careers.
